Noah Merlot hails from the foothills of the Judean Mountains, south & east of Jerusalem near Beit Shemesh. Tempting flavours of blackberry, raspberry, chocolate & silky smooth notes are a result of fermentation in French and American oak barrels (3 months). Open and decant at least half an hour prior to drinking. Best served with roast lamb, Moroccan style meatballs or Duck.
