This wine is made from grapes grown in selected vineyards in the valleys of Givat Yeshayahu, which provide unique growing conditions. The blend consists mostly of Chardonnay with a little Sauvignon Blanc, which were hand-harvested and underwent a gentle whole-cluster pressing. The wine was fermented and aged sur lie in French oak barrels for 8 months. This is a white wine that reflects the character of the specific terroir with a full expression of fruit, freshness, texture and a complexity of flavors. The name of the wine expresses gratitude and appreciation to our mother and partner in founding the winery, Camellia Flam.
