Palate: Medium-bodied, balanced acidity with dark berry flavours, a spicy vanilla edge, and firm but approachable tannins. Finish is clean and moderately long.
Pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted meats, steak, or barbecue-style dishes. Also works well with hard cheeses and savoury fare.
Serve at a slightly chilled room temperature (around 14–16 °C). Decant for 30 minutes to enhance elements of aroma and texture.
